Joseph Perzel, President, has been in the IT world since starting with Cargill in 1979, having held IT management positions at Cargill, International Multifoods and MWCIA. Joe has stayed current with hiring trends by founding the job transition support group hosted by MnIPS and being a founding member of the IT group for Smiling and Dialing. In addition he has actively participated in several local professional groups including President and Program Director for TCOUG, President, Treasurer for MnIPS,and the Board of Directors for the University of St Thomas Alumni. In addition, Joe has also volunteered for several non-profits including PACT, Southern Alliance for Battered Women, and the Hopkins Center for the Arts.

Clifton Campbell, Chief Technical Officer and Director of Managed Projects, is an IT professional with over 35 years of experience. Clifton's professional career includes over 29 years with Lutheran Brotherhood Insurance, working as an application programmer, Chief programmer, Senior Systems programmer, Project Leader, and finally an Enterprise Architect. All of Clifton's experience is highly technical and hands on. For the past 8 years Clifton has been an advocate for open systems and tools.
